李娇妹，博士，副教授，硕士生导师，美高梅MGM官网“5151远志优青”引进人才。主持科研项目多项，其中包括国家自然科学基金青年项目1项，浙江省自然科学基金探索项目1项。在国际重要学术期刊发表学术论文30余篇，并参与撰写英文著作1部。兼任中国营养学会食物与烹饪营养分会委员，中国老年医学学会营养食品分会青年委员，以及Molecular Nutrition and Food Research、Food and Function、British Journal of Nutrition等多个期刊的审稿人。
研究方向：膳食营养与代谢性疾病
主要关注点为膳食脂肪酸摄入对乳腺癌、桥本甲状腺炎、酒精性脂肪肝等疾病的影响，擅长从人群试验、动物和细胞水平等多个维度探究膳食营养对疾病的影响及机制。
