李娇妹,博士,副教授,硕士生导师,美高梅MGM官网“5151远志优青”引进人才。主持科研项目多项,其中包括国家自然科学基金青年项目1项,浙江省自然科学基金探索项目1项。在国际重要学术期刊发表学术论文30余篇,并参与撰写英文著作1部。兼任中国营养学会食物与烹饪营养分会委员,中国老年医学学会营养食品分会青年委员,以及Molecular Nutrition and Food Research、Food and Function、British Journal of Nutrition等多个期刊的审稿人。
研究方向:膳食营养与代谢性疾病
主要关注点为膳食脂肪酸摄入对乳腺癌、桥本甲状腺炎、酒精性脂肪肝等疾病的影响,擅长从人群试验、动物和细胞水平等多个维度探究膳食营养对疾病的影响及机制。
